Proprietor, Michael Havens, has created a place to enjoy some intimate time with friends, celebrate special events, enjoy the fine arts, and be entertained by every level of performing artist.
From quaint outdoor gathering spaces to spacious exterior events for concerts and festivals of all sizes, the spaces in this facility will harken you back to a time when cattle roamed free and cowboys weren't something you just read about. There are small "cowboy campfire" areas, camping and retreat spots, amphitheaters, and 20 acres of just plain open space, perfect for a Fair or Arts and Music Festivals.
Navasota River Hall is a circa 1939 "Cattle Auction Barn". Once a stage stop, this facility has been completely restored into a rustic, yet comfortable, 16,000+ Sq. Ft. public/private entertainment facility. Designed as a live music, sit-down dining facility and listening room, this Grimes County facility is built as a Destination location for entertainment and dining.
Outback Hall is a beautiful 5000 Sq. Ft banquet facility that can comfortably accommodate up to 300 seated guests. It also boasts additional breakout rooms for the bride, the groom, and a special room that could be used to either meet the Pastor, or a getaway for the bridal party. Outback Hall also has a full service kitchen equipped with double ovens, an ice machine, refrigerator, and large serving area.
Our back porch adjoins Out Back Hall with 3,500+ sq.ft. of wood decked, open air, private function party patio space. It awaits special memory making with a romantic gazebo and bandstand, porch swing, covered food service pavilion and a surrounding green belt to run your bare fee through; all surrounded by a high, cedar-post fence for privacy.

Ask what is my favorite place in Texas, and I will tell you that it is Navasota River Halls. I am a proud Texan and everything about this place reminds me of the state I love so much. I love having lunch or dinner with some friends down at their restaurant: great Texas cuisine, I must add. And when there’s a concert there, boy, you can expect me to make an appearance. I encourage everyone to visit them if you ever get some time.

I live in New Orleans but I was born and raised in the great state of Texas. Like any Texan, I LOVE Texas cuisine! I take a trip to Texas every three months just for some for the food. On my most recent trip, I had dinner at The Branding Iron in Navasota. The food was amazing! I love steak and the steak there was arguably the best I ever had! I definitely have to make a stop there when I take my trip next month.

For our most recent company party, we chose the Navasota River Hall as the location. There was more space than previous locations used, and the employees were able to dance and party the night away. I can’t forget to mention how amazing the interior was! It had that rustic feel and style that was perfectly suited for a Texan like me. I already told my boss that we need to have all our parties at the same place.
