I love Austin Plastic Surgery, especially Dr Maggi. This was my second procedure, the first being a breast reduction with a lift-which I absolutely love my results. I went in again 10 years later asking for a neck lift. Dr Maggi was very honest and said all I needed was a little lipo under my chin (which was a lot less expensive). He was very attentive and listened to everything I had hoped to achieve. I’m 2 weeks after my second procedure, and so happy that I did. Couldn’t have reached a better result!

I want to personally commend Dr. Sergio Maggi and his staff. My daughter had a breast reduction surgery done with Dr Maggi and I can’t say enough how pleased both my daughter and I were and are with his service and expertise, as well as his professionalism and bedside manner. He is phenomenal! I’m so glad that we found him and my daughter is 100% thrilled with the results.
