Enjoy your one-on-on fitting with one of our bra fit experts as they help guide you through your fitting, provide fitting tips & relax as we become your personal bra shopper. This is a non-refundable fee. If needing to re-schedule, please call/email 24hrs prior for a one-time courtesy re-schedule. Booked appointments that show up late can still be seen, but may have a reduced fitting time based on other booked appointments.
We've heard and seen it all. If this sounds anything like your bra struggles, we want you to know that we can fix it (high five)! Many women are not aware of the vast difference in the shapes of breast tissue types. Since all breasts are different, all bras should be too! 70% of our customers have a shallow breast drape, which is completely different from our other customers who have a full-average projection.

I'm 28, a mom of 3 and have been wearing the wrong size bras my whole life lol I have been sized so many times and constantly let down. Went to The Bra Box in San Antonio today. was a bit intimated at first but every one, including other customers were very friendly. Store personnel we fantastic. I had Shermee (s). she was knowledgeable, funny, made me completely comfortable. No hard sales, just answered my questions.
I bought 5 bras, soap, wash bag and shoulder pads.
I recommend 100% to any one, any size to go get a personnel private fitting. EXCITED!!

Best bra place I’ve been to. The fitters there are very attentive to you, and adhere to your every need you list on the information sheet. I entered with a bad bra, and exited with multiple fabulous bras to wear. The only bad part about this experience was learning that Betty White died while I was getting fitted, but besides that, I’d highly recommend going here.

I am fairly new to San Antonio and needed some new bras. I wanted a bra store with someone to fit me. I was thrilled with The Bra Box! They had styles that made me feel so good about myself and they took the time to really shop for me and let me decide what I was comfortable with. I haven't been sized for a bra, since right after my daughter was born, 5 years ago. I was in dire need! Serena took such amazing care of me. She knows her stuff very well and I felt very supported (both in my new bras and as a new customer). Their inventory is the best quality goods, and I am thrilled with my purchases. I had heard amazing things about this place and it did not disappoint!!! I had breast augmentation surgery late last year and have been waiting to buy new bras until I could be properly fitted. It was easy to set up a consultation, the staff member who helped me was professional and knowledgeable, and I left with several fantastic bras and the confidence that i had the right kind of support. I don't plan on buying bras anywhere else from now on!

After recently having a baby, my girls drastically grew in size to where NONE of the bras I had fit anymore. A friend told me to check this place out and girl, I'm so glad she did! From beginning to end, I had a wonderful experience. They do personalized, detailed fittings and size you with a perfect match of bra (unlike a "Not-so-secret" competitor that usually poorly sizes their guests and only has a max of DDD bras.)

I've been shopping here for a few years now as my size is hard to find. I really love this cute boutique and the staff is nice and knowledgeable. 3.4.20-This is the place to go if you are in need for new bras, panties, or lingerie. I love how inviting the boutique is when you walk-in. I was greeted with a friendly smile and I could tell they wanted to help me find the right bra for my body. I can't remember the lady's name that fitted me for a bra, but she took the time to explain the whole fitting process as she was doing it. I found one bra and sports bra that fits perfectly while giving me the support needed. I will continue to shop here. No more Victoria Secret for me.

Not a good place to by gifts. No returns if you get an item that needs to be exchanged.
After response: It is an expectation that clothing can be returned not just for exchanges but refunds. Your policy locks the purchase to your store versus providing the flexibility of buying, returning, and purchasing else where. Gift cards are great, but not as good as the actual gift. Your competitors allow refunds, and I purchase 3 items from your competitor with the comfort that if my significant other wanted to return them and then buy something more suitable (regardless of where) then she could do so

LOVED every minute of my experience at the bra box! I had the pleasure of working with Sonia, who has changed my bra wearing life for the better! They have an incredible selection of bras, depending on what you like, and colors either in stock or that you can order, regardless of size. They don't take appointments.
