Ivan is superb! I know him for approximately 20 years. He is very knowledgeable about fashion and brands that cater to men. His ability to obtain precise measures for made to measure items is second to none. I like when he kindly suggests that a given piece of clothing may not look good with my built. I have never received customer service better than the service Ivan provides. Ivan and I do not have the same sense of style, which is o.k. That said, Ivan has learned what I like and he works with it. He offers tremendous input in terms of fitting, style and trends.
No one goes the extra mile like Ivan. I once purchased a new pair of shoes, which didn't fit quite right.
