Our refrigerator/freezer wasn't doing it's ONE job! So we called in the professionals. Ali was very responsive and came to our rescue in less than 4 hours after initially reaching out to him. I know they can't always guarantee that, but it was fantastic! He was honest and quick. He was even able to take a look at our dishwasher. We are so thankful for his professional opinion and on-the-spot estimate for our repair. We will definitely be reaching out to Ali again if we need any appliance help in the future!

Not the WORST experience, but also not the best either.
I woke up yesterday and I wasn't getting hot water and the pilot light for my water heater didn't kick on as it usually does after using up the hot water. So I'm a little desperate bc I want hot water.
This company was sort of the first to pop up so I chose them. Very responsive via Yelp messaging, scheduled an appt for the same day. The tech arrived within the scheduled window, but here's where the customer experience went south.
He pressed the igniter on the water heater about 10 times and proceeds to quote me on

Called these guys for a broken clothes washer drain pump when the first place I tried didn't return my call. Called them at about 11am, got an appointment for 1 to 2pm the same day, repairman showed up at 1:30, diagnosed the problem in about 5 mins, had the replacement part on hand, fixed the washer, and was gone before 2pm. Very impressed and I made sure to put the magnet he left in a handy place so we know who to call next time.

Responded right away. Came the same day! Practiced safe COVID measures and the office provided updates about when the tech would be arriving. The tech was knowledgeable, nice and was able to get my dryer working again. He had thermostats on the truck and replaced mine and gave the unit a deep cleaning . He was timely and I would recommend as rehire!

I called them Monday to get a quote to fix my dryer.
I told the operator exactly what was going on. The dryer spins with no heat. They said we will charge you for the $59 diagnostic (show up) fee, then waive it if you accept the quote to repair.
The tech shows up, I tell him what's wrong. He turns on the dryer, hears it spin, opens the door and says, your dryer is r receiving any heat. I told him, I know, that's exactly what I just said. No Diagnostic complSo he proceeded to take a picture of the make & model of the dryer and text it in to get a quote for the parts and repair. Now

There was quite a positive experience of applying to this company. The master adequate and after checking the refrigerator for repair quite normal amount. The repair was carried out promptly. At the end of the works, the master gave a guarantee for his work. The fridge is working perfectly at the moment. Everything 's great!
