Property AZ is excellent! I am a tenant in one of their properties and have been so pleased throughout our entire experience. Theresa is lightning fast in her responses, caring, personable, and so easy to work with. No problems with work orders or the companies they work with to take care of repairs. We cannot say enough about what a great experience it was working with Brian! He was our property manager at the house we rented the past few years. When we decided to start looking for our own home we knew Brian was the perfect choice! My experience with property AZ was a great experience. Theresa made me feel so at ease with the sale of my house. Theresa guided me through the entire process from start to finish. I feel that the most impressive part of working with Theresa was how she communicated every detail of the process of selling my house. Ie. "keeping me in the loop". If I had any questions at any time of the day and sometimes at night Theresa would always be available to take my call ,text ,or email. I would highly recommend her to anybody looking to buy or sell property.

Brian Vascassenno was the property manager for our home in Peoria Az from 2012 until 2018 and has been a phenomenal advocate and caretaker. We are a military family and have rented several homes over our career all of which were our personal homes which we spent considerable time and effort restoring. The point is each of these homes were special to us and we were always reluctant to rent them but circumstances often dictated that option. We’ve had many property managers over the years, some ok, some definitely lacking in commitment and a few who were quite good. Brian fits none of these categories

PropertyAZ helped me purchase a house recently and it was a great experience. The realtor spent a great deal of time with us as we were pretty picky about the house we wanted. All aspects of the transaction went smooth and ahead of schedule and our realtor did a great job of negotiating with the seller’s agent. If we move again, I will definitely use PropertyAZ again.

I bought a rental property in AZ about a year ago, and the entire process has been smooth due to Patty. I live in Chicago and did not know the AZ market, but Patty sure did! We looked at several properties and Patty knew right away which houses would make a good rental. She responds to all my questions in a timely manner, found a renter quickly and the statements/deposits are automatic. It has been great knowing that I do not have to worry about my property so far away.
