They only accept cash or check as payment. So if wanted to pay with your HSA card, that isn’t an option. If want to pay On-line or over the phone, also not an option. And if you call them to try to work out a solution you might find a very rude assistant that hangs up the phone on you. Definitely would not recommend this place for any services and I deeply regret that I ever went there for a dermatology appointment. The doctor was useless as well.

Dr. Scott and his team were very nice and kind to me. I had itchy scalp problem for years and had tried to use stuffs from here and there until my hair started falling out a lot. So i decided to get help from Dr.Scott. I am very happy with the results from the first time I started to use his shampoo and drops. Now my scalp is a lot less itchy, my hair falls a lot less and grows faster. Highly recommended.

Confession: my whole life I thought I had dandruff. Flaky, dry, itchy scalp. All the commercials said it was dandruff, even though my stylist said nope. Baby hormones kicked it into high gear and it looked like my scalp was sunburnt and it was so painful to the touch, needless to say, no black shirts for me. Turns out it was dermatitis and I don’t say this to overshare I say this to encourage you to not live with something that makes you uncomfortable and self conscious like I did. Four weeks ago I found Dr. Michael J Scott at Seattle Dermatology Center and he gave me a shampoo and conditioner

Dr. Scott was nice but often seemed in a hurry to get me out the door. I usually had to wait a long time for my appointments. There are no computers in the office so all paperwork and scheduling is manually tracked. I don't even think they have a typewriter since all of my bills were handwritten. They also don't accept credit cards which is a hassle for submitting payment/insurance reimbursement.

Totally inconvenient. The staff and doctor are all nice enough and great bed side manner; however, everything about this office is stuck in a time before the Internet and even credit cards. I was unable to pay by credit card while in the office and was told that I'd receive a bill and that on that bill there would be instructions for paying with a credit card, this was absolutely inaccurate (there was no way to pay online or via CC). They expect Insurance, Cash or Check which makes paying with my HSA very difficult. In this day in age when it is rare to pay with a check or even with cash this makes
