The absolute best team of realtors in ALL of St. George..Aurora Serrano and Seth Payton...Thank You Thank You Thank You!! It is rare to have an agent for over five years, but we did. Aurora was our agent when we bought our house and again when we sold it. She has been an amazing friend and really kept in touch with us and was ALWAYS honest with us about everything..She made the process so simple. Seth is a wonderful person and really made us feel cared for..The Perry's love you guys!

This company is scandalous. Norma is the type of agent that give real estate agents a bad name. She lied and said anything to get her money on commission. And then tries to blame me and other people for not doing her job. She she told me all these Bill's were gonna be tooken care of at closing. Now I'm stuck with an extra $2,000 bill. Hope she sleeps good at night also, there was a washer and dryer in the house. Norma asked my wife if we didn't need them if her daughter could get them. Then a few weeks later when we closed the washer and dryer were missing. Don't know where they went.....they only

Wow, Steve Foisy is an amazing real estate agent! I listed my parents home with him and within a couple of weeks we had a full price offer. I was very happy with his services. Steve offered very helpful suggestions in how to prepare my parents home for sale. He added some staging to help the rooms look beautiful. He also caught several errors in the buyer's contract negotiations that he made sure were corrected before he gave them to me to sign.
