Rick patiently worked with us for a couple of years as we were deciding to buy a house! After showing us house after house we finally came to the decision that we wanted to build. I had no idea how much a realtor did until going through this process with Rick. He came to every meeting with the builder and made the entire process start to finish as smooth as it possibly could have been. Highly recommend Rick if you're deciding to buy/build a house! Bridgette is a horrible agent, not helpful at all. She lack motivation for customer service & satisfaction, i would recommend going to another realty company then to trust this one.

Beware of "tire kickers" with a surname starting with the letters Ad, represented by D & B. They are merely wasting seller's time and money. They are not serious buyers and probably do not have the money to buy your house.
