We still ask that you call upon arrival as we will not be utilizing the waiting room yet and you will be brought directly into an exam room. We also require that anyone who is not completely vaccinated wear a mask throughout the appointment. We will not ask for proof of vaccination but will be relying on the honor system.

I would highly recommend not coming to this animal hospital. I was a victim of racial discrimination from another client and was disgusted by how the situation was handled by Staff.if you are a minority PLEASE STAY AWAY. The parkinglot staff did nothing but escalate the situation but what I found even more disgusting was the notes left on my Pets medical record. Providing no context to the racial slur that had been directed towards me making it increasingly difficult to find a new care provider;seems to have been done with Malicious intent.

This is by far the WORST animal hospital I have ever been to. They made multiple mistakes weighing my dog and issuing medication, not once but twice. I do not trust them with my animal and, if you care about yours, you shouldn’t either. Each time I had to go back to the facility to exchange the medication after I noticed the mistakes. When I expressed my concern to the staff they mentioned the manager, Tom, would call me right away. After not hearing from him for over 24 hours I contacted the hospital myself. The techs and doctors at Ferguson Animal Hospital were all very helpful with my new puppy. They took several phone calls and responded urgently to concerns I had. They also made sure to explain each checkup and walk me through their assessment. If you need a vet then I highly recommend the place. Only thing that would be better is if you could join your pet inside during visits but understanding it’s during this covid period and it’s for all our safety.
