We have been going here for over 20 years and right before New Years they leave my 19 year old sweet as can be Chihuahua without care. My husband is driving around as we speak trying to find someone to treat him due to the understaffing at the hospitals. I put in a call yesterday asking for the veterinarian to call me and no call back and no medication.
I called back again this morning to let them know that last night he had a seizure and was actually in pain and the receptionists were extremely frustrated with me and instead let me know I've been nothing but a hassle and that they would mail
