Hit a fox in my new SUV and selected Jerry's Auto Body for the repair.
They fixed the body damage damaged good as new, you can't tell it's been in an accident. All the forward collision, self driving, and parking sensors were fixed perfectly. And they detailed my car before I got it back.
The customer service department handled returning my rental and keeping me informed of the work being done, as well as ETA on being finished very well.
Really A+ service and workmanship throughout.

My experience with Jerry's Auto Body was 5 star! I dropped my car off 15 minutes later I was leaving with a rental car from Enterprise. Jerry's called me every couple days keeping me updated on my car. When my car was finished it looked showroom New I was hit from behind my bumper and the inside of my trunk was bent right near the spare tire when I lifted up the pad that hides the spare Tire the trunk look like it was never hit. They even detail my car inside and out. They washed and waxed it they vacuumed it they even clean the windows. It was as clean as the day I bought it. I would highly recommend

I would go out of my way to take my cars and trucks to Jerry's Auto Body. I highly recommend anyone and everyone to go there. The workers that I have met have given me hope again that there are honest and just unconditionally good people in the world today. I will never be able to show Jerry and Brittany how grateful I am for the help they have done for my family .

Took my car to Jerry's auto due to someone defacing it with paint thinner. The car was not only done ahead of time but looked amazing!!! Paint job was truly perfect. Not only did they paint it but they fixed my bumper and a dent on the back of my car by a tire for me which made the car look brand new!!! When I got in the car it looked professionally detailed. I truly was blessed to find them to fix my car and highly recommend

My entire experience dealing with Jerry's Auto Body was incredible! They made and extremely stressful situation that occurred with my vehicle being totaled in an accident a much more pleasant and easier situation to deal with. Everyone who work at this business is beyond informative, knowledgeable, but most important they are the nicest people I have ever done business with.

On 8/14/20 I had and accident in jackson nj. Jerry's truck was picking up the other vehicle. The driver took the time to help me change a tire so I could get home. I made a appointment to get my truck repaired at Jerry's auto body. Once I got to Jerry's I was put at ease immediately with the courteous ,professional way I was used. I knew I could count on the qualified personnel that was going to work on my truck. End result,I was very satisfied and would recommend Jerry's auto body to anyone. I highly recommend Jerry's Auto Body Shop in Jackson! I met with Philip Wood, and was impressed by not only his customer service, but knowledge of my car situation. He and Eric in the body shop were able to get me on the road again quickly and affordably! Great job to you too, Eric - he was efficient and effective in fixing my car. Go here to get the best customer service from an honest shop (the waiting area is very nice as well, with a courteous front desk staff).

Went here to get my car fixed after an auto accident. It is a brand new, 2015 vehicle. After speaking with one of the employees who told me he was "the right-hand-man to the boss/owner" and that my car will be fixed as new, unfortunately that wasn't the case. Not only did they lie to me about the parts they used - told me it was factory parts when it was in fact aftermarket - but argued with me when I brought it back to them in order to fix parts that weren't done correctly the first time around. If your insurance company recommends this bodyshop: don't go. Do yourself

I had an accident in my 2011 Chevy Camaro and the color is a metallic green. I didn't expect a good color Match at all to be honest. But let me tell you how great of a job they did at Jerrys. Incredible the car looks better than it did before the accident. I'm really impressed by their work! If I ever need body work again I will be going to them. Their customer service was excellent on top of it! I took my six year old in the shop with me and he saw cake...they noticed and offered him a slice. Top notch customer service, kept me updated through out, I highly recommend this shop. Thank

Had a negative experience with an insurance claim at this facility. The aftermarket parts that Jerry's installed failed after about a year. They claimed it was a result of tampering and not a manufacturing defect. When provided with documentation to the contrary, they refused to acknowledge the defect.

RIP OFF JOINT!!. Took my car there to have the A/C looked at because it was blowing hot air they told me they put in dye and found a leak, fixed it and all is good. Three weeks later A/C starts blowing hot air again take car back, more dye now a leak in a valve get that fixed all is good pay them again. Three weeks later no cold air. Take the car to Jackson Auto Repair guy tells me they NEVER put dye in and valve was put in wrong and is leaking. JERRY'S AUTO BODY is a RIP OFF. If you want quality HONEST work go to Jackson Auto Repair they are great.

IF I COULD PUT A ZERO I WOULD!!!! IF YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED GO TO THEM!!!! I had my 2005.5 Jetta VW TDI towed to Jerry's after replacing the head, timing belt and water pump. I asked if the shop had the diagnostic tools to work on VW as they are very particular to work on. The shop assured me that they had everything they needed to do the diagnostic work. The car was dropped off on Friday just before closing. Saturday as they are only open for 4 hours no work done, Sunday Closed. Monday they pull three pages of error codes and I assure them that most of the codes are from the broken drivers
