Im extremely upset with this towing service. After driving all the way to my location (which took 40mins) they told my insurance company they weren't going to follow through with the service because I was on a military base. Even though I told them from the beginning where I was. Didn't even give me a call to let me know and I waited this whole time for nothing. Just lazy and didn't wanna do their job I guess.

Just had a worse day. My wife hit a pothole on route 1. It is raining and after I change the spare tire on, I found there is no air in the spare tire. I was connected with High gear towing by my insurance company. Tom Stern from High gear towing is extremely friendly and helpful. He managed to tow me to the closed gas station, and even help me to pay the fee for the air pump!! Problem solved in 30 minutes! Thanks, Tom!
