My name is Kelly Olivier, Licensed and Certified Professional Home Inspector, and second generation tradesman. When we show up to your house for the home inspection we are there for one reason - to inspect every inch of your potential home we can get to and that usually requires some "dirty work", and we don't mind getting dirty.
We are not scared to get dirty, and we make sure we get into attics, crawlspaces, basements, and everywhere that other home inspectors may shy away from. We inspect your home for literally thousands of different defects, issues, and problems. Afterward, we provide you with a detailed home inspection report that is not only full of information for you, but also easy to read.

Kelly was very thorough and saved me from buying a house that looked great on the outside but was filled with very expensive problems. This inspection might be the best money I ever spent. The report was clear and easy to understand. Still looking for a house and Kelly is my guy, definitely going to use him every time and I would recommend him to anyone.

We used Kelly for a pre-inspection of our home before we put it on the market, which made it so much more simple once we identified things that may be an issue and fixed them prior to putting our home on the market. this made the selling experience a breeze.
We also used Olivier's Home Inspections on two different homes we were looking to buy. Kelly did an AMAZING job finding issues with the first home that had we not known about them prior to closing on the house we would have been hit with MAJOR repair bills after the fact. Thanks to him we were able to step back and decide that the first house

Very thorough. Even had multiple contractors comment and state that they arent used to seeing such detailed inspections. My realtor Ginger Murray recommended him,she also attended inspection when I couldn't, and I have not met him but from my results I highly recommend him for your inspection! 5 out of 5!

Kelly was the most thorough and helpful inspector we have ever had buying a house. He will check everything even things you didn't think of and gladly explain things as he goes through them. His report ranks things as mild, moderate, or severe and includes important information about when to replace certain things, definitions, and recommendations. For a quality inspection, Kelly is your go to!
