Having a woman help me with my car is always less intimidating for me, and she was so so nice and helpful! She definitely went the extra mile in helping me understand better how to work with insurance, how to take care of my car, and my options. Will be back for any and all glass repairs.
When I came back to have my windshield repaired, they did such a great job! Prompt, well-done, with a reasonable price. Front desk ladies are fantastic and knowledgeable, and the guys that did the work did a fantastic job. Was so pleased at how smoothly the whole process went.

This was such a positive experience to come out of a bad situation. Lawn mower shattered my front passenger side window. So I gave a few places around town a call they were by far the best deal around. Very friendly on the phone as well as the actual technician. The over all time was lest than 2 hours, from phone call the to receipt. I would recommend them to anyone looking for this type of service. Serviced my vehicle on the spot. Thank you 5 Star Auto.

Very disappointed in the quality of work. After having the windshield replaced on our 2013 Explorer, the windshield wasn't properly sealed, causing a noticeable air leak to be heard inside the vehicle, not once, but twice.
The outer trim was not removed properly, causing the clips to break. This caused one of the trim pieces to fly off while driving on the interstate. Now, after ordering the trim pieces to install them myself since I can't trust their installation, I discovered the molding/seal/gasket that sits under the trim and against the windshield was installed backwards on one side.
