The National Glass Association recommends that any windshield damage be fixed as soon as possible. Most 'dings' or 'chips' can be repaired if the damage is not in the driver's line of vision and is smaller than the size of a silver dollar, including any cracks. After returning home from Christmas to a busted driver’s window I was on the search for a repair company. After getting a quote of $300 from satellite I called Penn Auto Glass and spoke with Shannon. He gave me a quote of $193 and a next day appointment. He was patient with my lack of knowledge about what I really needed and what my schedule would allow. He told me he could get me in at 8 am and it would take an hour. I was there at 8 and they had me out of their shop an hour later and I didn’t pay a penny more than what he quoted. He also offered to pay for a coffee at a nearby coffee shop

I was in OKC for a funeral and my truck was broken in to, breaking the passenger front window. On Monday morning I arrived at Penn glass at 0810 and explained I had a 9 hour drive ahead of me and really needed to get home. Shannon checked the clock and their warehouse and told me he figured they could get me out of there by 1100. I drove off with the new window installed at 1000. WOW is all I can say. Very courteous, professional, and friendly. And the price was extremely reasonable. If I am in that position again, or anyone I know, I wouldn't hesitate a second to point toward Penn Auto Glass.

The people who work here are very friendly and even made great personal suggestions of lunch places while I waited. We had a hiccup in my replacement and they handled it more professionally than most companies would. They went above and beyond to take care of my windshield quickly. Not to mention the prices are more affordable than other places I called. Would highly recommend Penn Auto Glass! Plus they have a Pac-Man machine…

We have been here twice to have our windshield repaired/replaced. They were absolutely fantastic to work with. Rhonda was very helpful, and the owner went the extra mile for us. It is not in a convenient location to us at all, BUT we are willing to drive for high quality service & good people. I just can't say enough good things about them. We won't go anywhere else as long as we live in OK!
