Excellent service and work done in a very timely manner. I hardly had time to go next door and eat some tacos! The very nice person at the desk told me it would be 3-5 hours: done one 1.5!
Buddy the bully dog is a highlight. Greets you at the door and says goodbye, too! 25% cheaper than National chain auto glass place.

Diagnose the problem for me to let me know that AutoZone owed me a windshield when they replace my windshield wipers. In addition it was the cheapest of the three estimates I got. Excellent service. The technician even found a pallet jack that fell out of the back of a truck rolling down the street and returned it to the owner. We'll take any other glass needs I have straight to them

I seriously don't think I can do this place justice. I have 3 cars, which all have glass damage due to hail. So far I've taken one of them to Stop A Crack. I took my vehicle to them at 8:30am, had my back window installed and ready to go in about an hour. Gina was a sweetheart and answered all of my questions, and Heather was a pro in installing my back window. Oh! Don't want to forget about Buddy! Very sweet doggo. I'll be taking my business to this place from now on!

Stop a Crack was a lifesaver for us. We were 5 hours in to a 17 hour road trip and got a crack in our windshield that grew a foot over an hour. We stopped at Stop a Crack at the end of their walk-in hours and they were still gracious enough to help us. Though the windshield was beyond saving and a replacement wasn't quickly available, they repaired the crack so that it didn't grow, and it held all the way home (still no sign of worsening a couple days later as I write this). We would've been screwed without their timely help so highly recommend this business

The folks at Stop-A-Crack are top notch! Customer service is excellent. I busted my passenger side window while mowing yesterday afternoon. One call this morning and they had my replacement window ordered and on hand by my 2:00 appointment time. Everyone is polite and professional, and they do a great job. I will be bringing my wife’s car ASAP for a new windshield. I highly recommend this LOCAL business!
