The Challenge - This client asked Kawa & Associates to provide tenant representation for its relocation and consolidation of operations from multiple buildings into one functional operation of approximately 90,000 square feet. The company had a history of successful operations, but it was experiencing credit issues, due to a leveraged buyout.
