The home was very comfortable and well stocked with everything one would need or want. With so many different spaces to enjoy we made sure to utilize each one over our week-long stay. We even played cards in the cabana off the master bedroom. It was a little chilly out there but we found an electric space heater in the garage which we plugged in and let run for an hour beforehand.

My fiance and I were planning a wedding in Paso Robles. I booked a home to rent with my bridal party more than six months before. Unfortunately due to unforeseen issues with finances and family we had to cancel our wedding. About five months out I asked for a refund and was told that it was non refundable. Out of the $400 i paid I got a mere $65 back for purely booking. This company doesn’t care about people just the business. I think a refund of 75 percent of what I paid would have been fair since we did not anticipate this.

My experience with URelax Vacation Rentals is the VERY WORST customer service I have ever received.
I booked a three-night stay with VRBO in Morro Bay. VRBO works with URelax Vacation Rentals, so I made payment to URelax. I paid premium price for Memorial Day dates in 2020. Covid restrictions kicked in and I tried to cancel the reservation. They refused to refund my money to me, so I was backed into a corner with very, very restrictive opportunities to re-book at a future date. I asked if I could transfer the funds for THE EXACT SAME booking in 2021. Three nights over Memorial Day weekend

Rented a vacation home from URelax for a week. Noticed a faint unpleasant smell that gradually became worse. Searched the house and found a decomposing rat in a trap under the kitchen sink. It was as disgusting as it sounds. Leaving a rodent trap inside a rental house without informing the tenants is negligent.

I'm not sure if I want to share my stay? It's like when you find a perfect place you don't want to share it with anyone, you fear the word will get out and people will flock to it , leaving you out.
My wife and I have been vacationing in Morro Bay two to three times a year and have never found a place to stay that has it all. This home is outstanding, the view is to die for and we have never stayed in a million dollar home before if not more. The only bad part is the slope of the street and the angle of the drive way but that didn't brother us, you just have to be more careful and drive slower

We are locals of Morro Bay but have family from out of town who live in the Sierras and Napa Valley. Our living space is very small, and for my Dad's 60th birthday I wanted to give him a castle of which he could be the King! He is a BBQ master and the gas grill on the front deck was the best thing ever...plus a panoramic view of the entire bay! Morning coffee was enjoyed off the master bedroom and 2nd bedroom private balconies, and each evening was spent in the sheltered comfort of the living room infinity window where spectacular sunsets were beheld. Birthday candles were blown out and cocktails
