Ian Starkie and his associate are easy, responsive, and great to deal with. I have been a tenant in one of the properties he manages located in downtown SLO for almost 15 years and had to move to a larger home for my growing family. If you look at other property management company reviews, you will notice a lot of tenant complaints. Not with Rock Star Properties. If you are either a tenant seeking a new place to call home or a landlord looking to have a management company manage your investment property, I I highly recommend contacting Rock Star Properties. Ian Starkie with Rock Star Properties Inc was great to work with; charming, kind, knowledgeable and very responsive. My boyfriend and I are on the hunt for a place to rent and his ad popped up on Zillow, such a unique place in Morro Bay I could see myself long-term, I was happy how quickly he came thru for us to set up a viewing. I would love if we get the place, of course, it is perfect for our needs, but regardless I am an avid positive reviewer and when I meet someone who impressed me with their skills and customer service I am happy to pass on the appreciation.
