Easy beach access can be had from any one of these homes.
The Central Coast is home to many regional and world famous artists. The SLO area offers many opportunities to take in both traditional and innovative art using all types of media. Biking is very popular throughout SLO County, but especially in the coastal areas. The different biking routes range from easy, scenic rides to very challenging mountain biking.
The Central Coast of California has a Mediterranean climate - warm and dry in the summer and cooler and wetter in the winter. Within this broad general trend, however, California Central Coast weather varies quite a bit according to how close you are to the ocean. Coastal areas have moderate temperatures all year round and are thus a safe bet for outdoor activities any time of year.

On arrival it was easy to get into the home and get settled. It was clean and we felt that covid precautions had been taken. It was safe and ready for our stay. Just a short walk to the embarcadero where we ate and shopped. Social distancing was being practiced and that provided us peace of mind. Sunsets were just breathtaking sitting out on balcony with a warm cup of cocoa it was just what we needed. The surrounding neighborhood was quite in the evenings except for the sounds of the foghorn and the ocean which was so enjoyable. It's a great location with everything you need at you fingertips.

We absolutely loved our time at this property! It is exactly as listed, very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Amazing view of the bay and Morro rock from the balcony. It was so peaceful sitting out there drinking coffee in the morning and watching the sunset in the evening. We highly recommend this property!

This place was amazing, easy renting process, quick response, great staff. The unit #2 was better than the pictures show. The place was immaculately clean I kid you not, I have rented about 30 homes around the states over the past 5 years this was by far the cleanest place ever. The owners have thought of every detail, the grounds, garage and buildings themselves were in perfect shape. The location is perfect near everything in fact in the heart of it all. Having a garage was a bonus especially right on the water. The place was very quite didn’t even hear any other guest from other units ( there

We hired Beach-N-Bay to manage our family's vacation home in Cayucos and couldn't be happier. They are attentive to detail, responsive and care about the experience of the owner, our guests, and our neighbors. They have very high standards and the house is spotless. They leave detailed information for guests about all the fun things to do in the area - plus are very clear about what is expected from guests so that the residential quality of the neighborhood is maintained. Beautiful home!! The family room, kitchen and bedrooms were as good as advertised. There were 6 of us on our stay. The 3 bedrooms were very comfortable for each couple. Nice deck overlooking the bay and we watched the sunset every night. A few power lines in the view of the bay, but a pretty view nevertheless. We would definitely consider renting this house again.

Meghan and her team have done an amazing job. They help with the work and maintenance needed and make solid recommendation on how to make our home feel like a boutique hotel from the fresh linens to decorating touches . Did I mention that for the first time in many years , the house was 100% occupied from Memorial Day to Labor Day ? If you own a vacation rental on the central coast, you owe it to yourself to meet them. If you are renting, you will have fantastic service and access to help during your stay.

The pics are totally legit. Yes that is the amazing view of the beach and Morro Rock right outside the dining room. My family reunion was AMAZING, thanks to staying at this property. Everyone raved about the place, from my grandma to my 7 year old. We enjoyed the the beach, grilled and cooked in the excellent kitchen, ate inside and outside in the beautiful yard. We also made smores in the outdoor pit and had a relaxing session in the jacuzzi after days of hiking and sightseeing. One the best places we've stayed. The place is clean, very well equipped, and just super comfortable. Highly recommended

We spent a wonderful long weekend at 245 Gilbert Street in Morro Bay. The house was spacious and wonderfully equipped. There was an excellent kitchen with a wonderful assortment of cooking utensils and place settings for a family group. There were three comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms plus an additional space with rollaway beds. There were several different areas in which to gather which made it very comfortable for a family ranging from grandparents to little children. In addition there were three TVs and several board games for children. The house was on a dead-end street within walking

Professional, courteous, and amazingly clean homes! I have rented from Beach N Bay getaways on multiple occasions and have always had the BEST rental experience. You know the homes are going to be well maintained, and have everything you need. The employees have always been so helpful and courteous to me. (I see the 1 star reviews that clearly came from the same, disgruntled group, and its very unfortunate they felt the need to dump on this company from a misunderstanding).
If you rent from Beach N Bay, you will never rent from another company again, they are simply the best in the area!
