I had looked around for a answer for fixing my oldest son's damage to his Ipod Pro 12'". Found a pointer to TekRenu, and I emailed if they could help. I actually got a response and a quote (estimate) via email. I dropped the unit off on a Thursday and it was returned to me on Saturday with a working screen. Great price, and the cost was the same as the quote!

Third time I’ve used Tekrenu for 3 different computers, and recommend them 100%. They were able to replace keyboard and heatsink on gaming laptop, for machine just outside it’s warranty. Very easy to work with, fair price, and very responsive. Once parts arrived, they were able to perform repairs in under 2 hours. Will continue to be the first call for any future computer needs.

After calling a few places around NOVA and asking about prices and how long it would take to fix my screen for my Samsung S8+, I decided to give TekRenu a try. I am so glad I did! Other places charge around $260-$270 and were going to take 4+ hours to repair (one even wanted an appointment far in advance).
TekRenu charged $210 and My phone was ready in a little over an hour. They were very professional, friendly, and did quality work.
I have had a phone screen repair completed once a couple years ago at another place and when they were done, they basically handed me the phone and asked for payment

I came here after reading the great reviews on Yelp and I had a bad experience. The display on my Macbook Pro was damaged and they diagnosed it and said I needed to get my screen replaced. Judy was initially so kind to me and ordered a replacement part and kept emphasizing that it was genuine. The screen they gave me was defective. In addition to this, there was a deep long scratch on the bottom of my laptop that wasn't there before. Judy said they were going to get another screen and a replacement for the bottom of the laptop where they scratched it. I never heard back from her again. I went

Tekrenu absolutely saved my life! I spilled a decent amount of water on my laptop, and was stupid enough to try to run a software update on it that ended up crashing my computer, and there were so many things wrong with it and it would not turn on no matter what I did. I went to the Apple store and they told me it would be upwards of $850 to fix if they could even fix it, which was uncertain since it looked like there were so many things going wrong with my computer. I am so tired of Chain store repair places .. I thought I had a destroyed computer loaded with Important irreplaceable, basically All photos of my son growing up with great sentimental value , priceless for me!
