Some of the popular services we provide are: screen repairs, overheating repairs, DC Jack repairs, keyboard installs and motherboard replacements.
We will recover lost or deleted files from your hard drive, flash drive and memory card. If you accidentally lost files there is a pretty good chance to recover them provided that you seek help immediately. There is no charge if we cannot recover anything. We specialize in recovering pictures, music, video and Microsoft office documents.

Raul was able to replace my keyboard and clean my laptop in just a few hours. I appreciated that he ordered the part first and I didn't have to bring my laptop in until it arrived to minimize the time I was without it. Note that Google Maps says the hours are 9–5 but the office is currently by appointment so you have to email first.

My Thinkpad went blank and I needed to get it to work. Since it’s an old model, didn’t want to spend too much on fixing it. I contacted Raul and he replied promptly - he shared with me the options and the one I chose didn’t cost anything!
Most places would probably not be so transparent and honest. Giving five stars for Raul’s responsiveness and honesty!

I contacted Raul, via his website, after attempting to diagnose and fix my PC for several days. I received a very prompt response and was able to schedule an appointment that morning. Raul had my PC diagnosed (my hard drive had shorted and wouldn't boot the OS) within a couple hours and was able to replace the hard drive with a brand new similar one and reinstalled all the applicable drivers/OS/programs that I had lost within an hour of diagnosing and contacting me.

Raul was amazing. Not only was he able to fix my laptop, which needed a new fan and a new SSD disk to make the performance of the laptop run faster and more efficiently, in basically only a day, but he gave great service and communication in general. I really felt like my laptop was in great hands and it's nice to have a local computer person who I trust and whose prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend.

My computer worked like a dinausor. Very slow and not functioning well. Could not read my cds anymore.
Raul told me it was because the hard drive was dying as the computer gets older. He saved all my files and software, put a new hard drive, cleaned my pc from malwares and virus. Wow! my 8 years old pc works like New. I am so excited i didn't have to buy a new pc.
Get your PC serviced with Raul, he knows his job well and I got my pc in less then 2 days and reasonable price. I know someone who went to Best buy and it took almost a month to get an answer and they told her to buy a new PC.

I can't say enough about the great service Raul provided. I contacted Fairfax Computer Repair through its website after my laptop crashed. Raul agreed to meet me to drop of my laptop early the next morning before actual business hours to accommodate my schedule. He diagnosed the issue as a failed hard drive. Then, he replaced the hard drive and was able to clone the old, failed one to retrieve all of my important old files. This was such a huge relief! The laptop was ready for me the next morning, better than new with a complimentary update of the operating system and updated anti-virus software

My boyfriend cracked the touchscreen on his laptop. He had the replacement part but couldn't repair it himself. So we chose FCR because they let you bring your own parts for a repair. Raul was professional and prompt. I dropped it off Wednesday morning and got it back the next morning! Everything is in working order and we are very happy with the results!
