I concur with all the other 5-star reviews. If I had taken my laptop for repair at a computer repair shop, it would have cost $150-$250. So I called Richard, who picked it up, worked on it for a day and returned it, fixed, within 24 hours, for $80. Richard was responsive, professional and personable. I will enthusiastically recommend his service to anyone with a laptop problem.

Almost 1am I did call this service because a emergency, Richard respond by text right the way, after some exchange of information, he was at my hotel to help me with a liquid spill on my laptop, he did open in front of me and remove the battery as a extra proteccion and was repair by 1pm the charge was fair the emergency and the value of my data is priceless like the service that I receive Thank you so much

Flew into the area and needed emergency repair. After a short call “ABC” had a repair technician meet me at my hotel and complete a short diagnostic to diagnose the issue (grinding fan noise causing overheating). Within 24 hours my laptop was back in my hands, like new. They even went the extra mile to inform me of a battery swelling issue in the lithium battery cells and offer repairs so there would be no issues on my flight home. Incredible service!

Richard has helped me with a Laptop whose screen was not working I was not sure if it as the screen or the laptop's other components, upon arrival he delivered excellent results quickly! I needed a fix as soon as humanly possible due to work and school. I couldn’t wait around for a repair shop for the same reason. After calling many different shops I found the light at the end of the tunnel with ABC repair. He was here within two hours of my call and repaired my computer on the spot. He explained what he was doing and taught me something about the machine that I depend on nearly every day.
