I had ordered 2 bangles out of which one Bangle got spoiled within 6 months hence I contacted there customer support and they agreed to return and remanufacture it however the valuation send to me was 18000 however when I took the gold it was for 26000 there is not much difference in gold rate also, still they are showing such low valuation for there own product, if you check there website now also the price for the bangle is showing 26K, I really feel cheated.

I was so excited to have a ring ordered and gifted to my girlfriend for our engagement but decided to purchase this from Candere is one of the worse decision i have ever made…. I ordered it on the 10th of November and it was delivered almost a week later but i didnt care. The problem started when i had to return it back since i ordered the wrong size and toll date i have been getting the run around. They delivered a replacement to me but the engrave was completely messed up. They made it ugly and surly no quality check was done which is why it looked damaged. Like seriously

On their website, post purchase reviews are filtered & they only show 5 start ratings. Misleading buyers without showing all reviews. They charge high making charges, then take forever to make it, but the quality final product sent is awful & flimsy. Worst company to deal with, & they don’t offer customer service.

I really had to share the online shopping experience the Candere team has given me which really has changed my opinion on it to the worse one than my friends has shared with me.
-- My order was placed somewhere in November which has given me a delivery date of 3rd December and yet ended up to be delivered on 14th .
-- While placing the order it was showing me that 2 gold coins to be delivered freely along with this order , however when i see the Cart it still showed me 3 orders ( 1 which I've ordered + 2 Free gold coins). In fact I have got delivered only the one I have ordered.

Glad I didn't choose to go for candere ....the product images in their site is just an eyewash...I was about to order for a ring ...it had an awesome close-up photo taken and listed on the site...but then photos are deceiving ...so I asked the guys to share an actual photo of the ring listed and to my suprise it was such a badly engraved ring....when someone is paying so much for a ring ...and there is making charges to it...u better make your designs and engravings to the "T" as listed on the site...don't just put up unrealistic pictures on the site ....I recommend not to go for any rings or any

I had orderd Tushi Kyra beads necklace but beads color getting change to copper regarding this sent an email but no use suggestion was need to exchange for that I need to pay 8k extra, I recommended to my friend she also ordered but now seriously I will never recommend this candere online shopping to anyone.

Fraud company.... Beware! Impossible to get through customer service. Delivery and returns badly managed. Practically impossible to get product replaced if you happen to receive damaged product and have returned it. Order Id 974761 and return tracking Id 34005102250132. Was returned on 2nd November but still not reflected as returned on kalyan portal. Order I'd for new product is 995874. Order placed on 7th Nov but still not delivered.

Very poor service. I ordered a pair of earrings on Dhanteras this year and I have still not received them. It's really strange how I do not get any update for my order at all but I get the useless sales/marketing mails on regular basis. First I ordered and waited for sometime to reflect the delivery date. When I did not get any update from them, I wrote a mail to them. I was told that I will get it on 18th. It's 25th Nov today and I have still not received it nor have I receive any any update from candere.
This is highly unprofessional. Why do you take so many orders if you can't manage them?

Also, mine was made to order and the gold weight was less compared to what I paid for. Candere did a refund of the same as soon as manufacturing of the product was completed. Service was very good and delivery on time. Thank you Candere.
