They gave me a card that stated for every $10 spent in their store that i would receive a hole punch, I spent $120 today in their store and he tried to only give me 5 hole punches... I didn't spend $50 I spent $120 but he tried to say that because I bought $120 worth of quarterbin comic books that I wasn't going to get 12 hole punches. The card did not state "1 hole punch for every $10 spent with the exception of buying 25 cent comics" there was no such caveat. I objectively spent $120. Should not have mattered what I spent it on. I spent $120 in their store, = 12 hole punches. Not 5. Crooks.

Originally gave a 3 stars review but after coming here for quite a while I decided to change that to a 5 star review. Wonderful people that work here all super friendly and willing to talk and discuss with you about items or about life in general. Very clean shop with good prices and lots of character. I love going in and talking to Jake about coins, cards and comic books. Craig is cool too but he's more down to business. Carly is very sweet and great to talk with as well. I just met the owners recently and they seem nice as well. Bought a lot of coins from here and only one I was sceptical of

My son and husband had been doing business with this store for over 20 years. My son just went to get an honest appraisal for his collection, with hopes to sell. They asked him to leave it (5 boxes valued at over $3k per Comic Base) to allow them to go through it. Three days later, they contacted him and asked him to come in, that they had an offer. When my son came in, not only had they insulted him with an offer of $250, they of SOLD four books from his collection WITHOUT HIS PERMISSION. Only after my son and husband argued with them, did my son get less than 50% of the value of those four books

Took my son here because of his interest in comic books. Upon entry we were warmly welcomed by staff. The gentleman then proceeded to be extremely helpful with where to start as a beginner in comics and gave us a great deal. Very happy with the service, selection, and cleanliness of the store. We will be returning!

I was very pleased with my experience selling my gold today. I had just been to Odessa in Twinsburg and was offered $60. When I came to the Collector’s Palace, I was offered $110, almost double! I will be sure to tell everyone I know to come to you for their gold selling needs! Very nice and personable people.
