My now fiancé went here to get my engagement ring! Hands down the BEST customer service ever! I love that they do everything in shop, so when my ring needed resized it was literally down by end of day that same day I dropped it off! I dealt with Tony the owner and he was fantastic, so professional and really listened to me. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone and would go back to look at their other jewelry! Braidy Jewelers is THE BEST. I purchased a pandora ring from them and the stones kept falling out so they consistently repaired the ring free of cost. Stones kept falling out so they completely replaced the ring with another, free of charge. The second Pandora ring had stones that fell out multiple times, so they repaired it free of charge but ultimately they ended up replacing the second ring for me as well. Brought my watch here for repair of a cracked crystal. The place I purchased it from wanted $350 dollars to replace/repair. I looked online and saw good reviews so I brought my watch here for an estimate. $42.00!!!! not $350. Great service. Family run business with exceptional service. For Christmas I decided to get my wife a set of diamond ear rings. Based on a recommendation from my sister-in-law I visited this business with no real knowledge concerning diamonds, settings, etc. I was also concerned that I would be greeted by an aggressive sales staff. It was the opposite. The owner was courteous and professional and fully explained the quality of the diamond as well as the price structure.
