Josh was an outstanding partner throughout the entire process in selling our home. He had accurate market expectations, gave us valuable tips to prepare every step of the home selling process, and then helped us navigate easily thorough the listing, showing, selling, and closing. I can’t imagine a better experience. He really took care of all the little details so we didn’t have to and we ended up doing really well because of his expertise. Josh went above and beyond to help us find a house. With the craziness of the pandemic and record low interest rates, we had a lot of competition trying to buy our first home. It took us almost 7 months before something finally worked out. We had a great home sale experience under the direction of Josh Uffenorde. He put together a great sales plan based on current market conditions. His evaluation of our home value was spot on and proved to be very accurate. Josh kept all of his commitments exactly as he laid them out in our sales plan. We sold our home quickly because of his accuracy in estimating the value. More importantly, he put us at ease throughout the process, knowing the pressures that come from selling.
