Due to the DRASTIC market price fluctuation, we are forced to price each quote individually according to market prices at the time of the request. Please call for pricing, or send in a quote request.
All full-service events include all cooking and serving equipment (serving tables w/red & white checked linens, five foot charcoal grills, chafing dishes with sterno, salads on ice, serving spoons and tongs, and a 10'x10' pop-up tent to cover the food.)An additional charge is added to all full service events to cover the costs involved (serving equipment, chafing dishes, sterno, etc).

A service charge will be added to All Full Service Events. There will also be an additional Fuel/Travel Surcharge which will be determined by location of Event. In the event of rain, client may choose to have the event (under cover, of course), or change the date to the primary rain date with a 10% fee.
Kelly Coyle DiNorcia We used American BBQ Co for our Kentucky Derby Party last year and are excited to book them again this year. We did the Southern BBQ and not only was the food fantastic, but the servers were efficient, friendly and helpful. They definitely knew exactly what they were doing, got things set up and broken down in a snap, and were right on time.

On 7/10/21, I had a surprise retirement party for my wife. Serving time was suppose to be from 4PM until 7PM. The staff was suppose to arrive about an hour and a half before to set up. Well I went to clean up at about 2:50PM and there was no staff. My wife arrived around 4:10PM and about a half hour later after greeting everyone the food wasn't ready yet. The staff closed shop at 7PM. My guests really enjoyed the food. But I had to mention several times about refilling the containers. American BBQ was the perfect company to use for my daughter’s graduation party. The BBQ chef we had was one of the best we have had from American BBQ. My guests were raving about how good the food and service was. I highly recommend American BBQ for your party needs. They are full service and such a nice and pleasant group of professionals to work with and they left the place cleaner than they arrived.

On 1/30/21 I ordered a full tray of pulled pork, brisket, Mac and cheese, kielbasa and potatoes, grilled veggies and roasted Rosemary potatoes.. from the first phone call to the delivery of the food I could not have been more pleased. I had 2 chefs that are family attend my party and they said it was the best food they have ever had at a party! They wanted to take home the leftovers.. I also ordered a tray of cornbread which tends to be dry but it was all eaten.. I will definitely reorder.. most likely when the leftovers are gone:-)

Decided to order pick up from them for dinner tonight. Price was extremely reasonable for $22 for dinner for two. We got the panko and parm crusted chicken, mashed potatoes and mac and cheese. Everyone was extremely nice and I wanted to love all of this food but it didn't do it for me. The chicken was probably the best part. There was a good amount and the crust was nice with moist chicken. The mashed potatoes were almost like burnt. I am a huge mashed potato fan and I really didn't like these. Last week in the midst of the covid pandemic my wife completed her masters. I had her family over during the weekend to celebrate. I called Kevin and asked if he could make 1/2 trays of ribs, chicken, mashed potatoes, corn and a Caesar salad on 1 days notice and within minutes he checked his inventory and agreed to cater our gathering.

Ordered a few trays for a small 1st Bday lunch. The entire experience was pleasant from Roberta, who was so helpful in helping me order to the delivery by Steve, who did a great job setting up the food very quickly. The food itself (especially the sausage and peppers - best I’ve ever had!) was exceptional. We will definitely be using them again!

They're wonderful! My husband and I decided to get married in our backyard. Due to COVID restrictions, we were very limited with guests and decor options. Many stores still weren't even open until the week of our date, but American BBQ company came through for us. We were able to rent a large tent, tables and lights, as well as our catering needs with professional set up and break down. Dominick was our staff member for the night and he did an excellent job. They were all a pleasure to work with throughout the whole process. On the day of our party they arrived, set up and left with not a single problem.
The food was delicious and plenty. Over 60 people fed and not one was left hungry or wishing for more. American BBQ provided plenty of food and then some. They also provided some leftovers.

The food was absolutely fantastic! The on-site workers were so nice and made sure our daughters graduation party was a success.
They prepared a full spread buffet for us with food that tasted as good as food can possibly taste!
However don't plan to use them if you don't plan to tip their workers what they deserve. They set up tents, grills, and tables and made the food right in our back yard!
If you plan to tip them $20 each then don't use them and have your party catered by McDonalds instead
10/10 would recommend!

These guys came out to our football field and they grilled fresh chicken, burgers, and hot dogs. Our students loved them so much, the guys couldn't cook fast enough! We got the Summer Essentials Catering package for our backyard engagement party and everything was fantastic! We had 75 people and the two cooks/servers did a FANTASTIC job. We got so many compliments from our guests that the food was delicious. There was plenty to go around and they handled everything for us from start to finish. They left without a trace as if they were never there but they were kind and friendly throughout the entire afternoon. It was a wonderful experience and I would recommend them to anyone.

We ordered their BBQ basics package for a company party before the 4th of July and were very pleased with everything! The ladies in the office did a great job of communicating with me before the event to ensure they had everything planned out properly and were also very helpful in setting up table and chair rentals. Everyone was impressed with the food- hamburgers, hot dogs, corn, watermelon, and three salads included. These guys are great. I had an event on the busiest day of the year, so they couldn't cook at the party, but they were upfront about being able to only cook and have the food delivered. They worked with me to be sure that I had everything I needed, and they were professional and helpful every step of the way. Oh, and the food was great.

"That's the best brisket I've ever had". Replace "brisket" with any of the food served at our wedding and that's what my husband and I have been hearing from our guests since the first appetizers were served. American BBQ catered a few of our company BBQ's and they always did an excellent job. I went there today with a co worker for lunch and everything was excellent. Roast beef sandwich was great. My friend had the fried shrimp and fries which was also excellent. We also had the banana pudding which was to die for. The owner was super nice and friendly and gave us some samples of their lobster bisque soup. It had nice large pieces of lobster in the soup. This was probably one of the best lobster bisque soups I ever had. Will definitely be going back!!!

I'm on the board of our town's newcomers club and we hosted a Mardi Gras themed party this past weekend. We got many quotes from area caterers before deciding to go with American BBQ. The price and the menu were both perfect. The day of the party came and - long story short - we realized an hour into the party when the food hadn't arrived that we gave American BBQ the wrong date of the party! It was 100% our fault. These guys are great. We have had two backyard BBQ parties catered by them. Both times we had about 40 people. We had them cook an entire pig on a spit once and we ordered a southern style BBQ from them the second time. While they weren't 100% on point with their southern style for this southern girl, (they make NJ style BBQ, not NC style) I think that the average Jersian doesn't really know what a southern BBQ is and so they would be happy.
