I walked in at 12 o'clock there was one person in front of me and I waited 20 minutes for two bagels. I told them no egg on one of the bagels three separate times. Luckily I checked it before I left and there was egg on it. I asked for a refund and he only gave me two dollars meanwhile the cost of the bagel was $5... dumb lol can't do math run a business or get an order right

Food took forever. The kid taking my order had no idea what was even on his menu. I waited a good amount of time waiting in their hot dining area. No AC no fan. But I must say the food was pretty good and if I ever go back I'll order ahead I guess.

I absolutely loved the bagel I had from here - everything bagel with tofu cream cheese, and my husband loved his Taylor ham and cheese sandwich as well. It's pretty hard to find bagel shops that carry non-dairy cream cheese so it's much appreciated. The staff was friendly and the shop was busy. We will be back.

These bagels are delicious! They are perfectly warm and fluffy and don't even need to be toasted to be enjoyed.

I've been in on a few weekends, and it's always very calm and organized. If there is a line it moves very fast, and the space is large so it doesn't feel overcrowded. It's also a very clean, modern and well-maintained space.

I normally always stick to plain, but I appreciate the large selection of bagel flavors and cream cheese flavors. In addition to bagel sandwiches you can also find a huge lunch menu with a different deli sandwiches. My husband is a huge

I placed an order at Bagel City over the phone yesterday and when I arrived to pick it up I was met with this comically obnoxious sight. At first, the ostentatiousness of it all -- that's a green Lamborghini Huracan (the "cheap" one, mid $200s), taking up two parking spaces, one of which is for the handicapped -- made me think that this was some kind of Youtube social experiment and that I was being filmed to see if I would do anything. But after looking around I saw no cameras or anything to substantiate that assumption. So I went in, got my bagels, and paid. I then demanded to

I do like this place but the guy on the griddle is not very good. The last few egg sandwiches have been pretty crappy. Bacon not rendered and fatty. Eggs were not cooked as ordered. The most annoying thing is he does the one gloved hand and one bare hand and still touching food with his bare hand. Might have to find another bagel shop.

Decent Bagel shop/Deli. Returning customer haven't really had a negative experience so far. Gave 4 stars instead of 5 because I believe they can try to be a little more consistent with the quantity, sometimes you get a great sandwich and sometimes you get shorted. Other than that, good spot.

Good bagels but very pricey. A plain bagel with cream cheese is $2.99 while a plain bagel with nothing on it is $1...so the cream cheese is $2? I got an egg bagel with cream cheese, a mini bagel with cream cheese, and a plain bagel with turkey and cream cheese; the total cost was almost $16. Personally, I think it's very expensive for a bagel in New Jersey.

Fresh bagels of varieties and hot coffee for breakfast or brunch with friends, are my favorite thing in weekend, once awhile, good quality, and quiet places, chatting with new faces, full of fan.
I usually bring friends from other countries here at least one time and let them to experience one hour of American life here. They all like it.

Got a breakfast sandwich on a bagel - egg, cheese, Taylor ham on sesame - and it was great! My only critique is that they didn't toast the bagel?! I guess I had to ask for this specially? It was still good, just would have preferred it toasted :)

Really good breakfast/lunch spot. We were driving up to the mountains and needed somewhere for a an egg/bagel sandwich and a healthy sandwich. This covers all your options! Huge menu with everything from egg sandwiches to deli meats to smoothies. My boyfriend had a taylor ham, egg & cheese bagel and I had the Turkey Avocado wrap (you can choose from wheat or white wrap). The lady brought them both to our table and made sure they looked good/like what we wanted before leaving. Plenty of drink selection to choose from and a fridge with all the different milk options by the expansive coffee bar

I stopped in and discovered big, fresh, delicious bagels. perfectly located for easy in and out on my way to work.

Prices are very reasonable compared side by side with a competitor on Route 10... and the people who work there are very friendly.

They'll definitely be seeing me again.

This place never disappoints. They have the best bagels and sandwiches that I can find. I've tried other bagel places but they just doesn't measure up to Bagel City Grille. The owner is a very nice man and the staff is always pleasant as well. There's a lot of menu options to choose from whether you're in the mood for breakfast or lunch. I highly recommend this place!

Came here for the first time and was Impressed. While I am not a fan of standing in line to order, this restaurant was orderly and made the wait painless. The choices of bagels are varied, as are the cream cheese selections. Staff was friendly, efficient and helpful. Restaurant is very clean. Overall, a very nice experience.

Came to Bagel City Grille before going to the Mall next door. We were immediately impressed with the attitude of the young man who took our order. Being originally from New Jersey, we wanted to see if there really is a difference between Jersey
bagels and the ones we get in Florida! The answer is a resounding YES! They were delicious and there is a wide selection of delicious fat free cream cheese! When you are in Morris County give them a try! I would have rated it 5 stars if there was Table service!

Amazing place Amazing owner and staff. Amazing food ...... The customer service here is above and beyond any bagel shop I've been too. The owner takes pride in this place and it shows. From the quality ingredients they use like boars head bacon to the fact that their ice cubes used in the ice coffee are actually made out of coffee(as to not water it down). I first came here a short while after they opened and I noticed the difference instantly.

As they have grown they keep updating the way they serve you to make your experience as pleasant as possible. I have seen them get busier and busier

Ok, second time at Bagel City Grille and I'm still in love with this place. Things I learned since my last visit...

1) Maple walnut cream cheese on a French toast bagel is the best combo on earth. If you have a sweet tooth, you'll love it. The maple walnut cream cheese is very light and almost tastes whipped.
2) The bacon scallion cream cheese is just as good as I last remembered it. I normally do not eat bacon but this cream cheese is just too good to resist.
3) Service, pricing, and cleanliness were all still exceptional.

My only new suggestion would be having recycling bins in addition

So, I'm a bagel snob...ask my wife, ask my co-workers, ask my friends. I can admit this because I grew up here in Jersey where we have the best bagels in the country (yeah, New Yorkers claim the same thing, but they also think they have better pizza- LOL). When a new bagel place moves into the area I feel obligated to give them a try...so here goes...

Bagel City Grille is now the 4th bagel place at this location and I have NO IDEA why the others have failed, but I hope these guys find success. Located next to a 24 hour Anytime Fitness place, it should be an easy connection for post-morning
