Bonita Bead Boutique was founded in 2005 by Ann & Anita Tristan twin-sisters. After several years of working under consignment at the Toledo Museum of Art, the Tristans set out on their own, selling their jewelry at specialty stores at one-stop trunk show.
Now, as business owners, they sell their own custom made jewelry and jewelry from artists from all over the world, and now host trunk shows at Bonita Bead Boutique, giving local artists and beaders the opportunity to showcase their work.Of course, the Tristans' own work will be displayed regularly in their boutique.

My sister's husband passed away the beginning of August and I had bought some charms to be made into necklaces for the family as a memento. They went above and beyond to select the perfect chains and fasteners for each family member and had them ready within hours for me to be able to take back with me the next day as I am from out of town. I am so very grateful for their kindness and courtesy. The craftmanship is top notch and everyone loved their necklaces. Forever grateful for these ladies!!

Ann and Anita are wonderful and so skilled at what they do! They have helped repair several pieces of jewelry, replaced watch batteries, and brainstormed with me to help breathe some 'new' life into a few inherited family pieces of jewelry. The results have been stunning, earning compliments and allowing us to share the stories once again of those we love. Talked extensively to sweet Anita. The store is clean & set up lovely. It was refreshing to see some beads that you cannot find at Joanns or Hobby Lobby. Anita was VERY knowledgeable about the origins of the different types of beads. We will be going back as we eat at the Longhorn close to it frequently. Id love to have a beading party with my 3 grown daughters, they would be impressed at the 2 sisters success in a niche business such as theirs.

Anita and Ann are Wonderful! We stumbled on their shop as we were traveling to visit family and I purchased memorable jewelry gifts for family. Both Anita and Ann were so kind and helpful, they spent time… with me choosing stones that had significant meaning, They have a wide variety of unique and beautiful jewelry. I decided to try out this bead shop a couple of weeks ago. I walked in not sure if it was open or closed. All the lights were off, which kinda made me go 'mehhhh', but I figured it was better than wasting energy. I was hoping to buy some half drilled real pearls, not the common full drilled pearls used for beading.
