I’ve came to this orthodontist since I was 16, I am now 21. I’ve never had any issues until today. Brenda has always been such a sweetheart and welcoming when I come in. Today I came in to tighten my retainers, from the start since my mom and me walked in Evon did not greet us. When we got up to the desk Evon told my mom I was scheduled Monday not today. Which was not true because I would’ve never agreed to a Monday appointment since I work on that day. She was no help at all and was extremely rude with a very nasty attitude. She basically just wanted us out did not want to do her job at

Yvon is the best! As soon as you walk in she is so welcoming and sweet! Makes the experience 10x better!
