Orthodontics gives me the opportunity to provide patients with a better smile, and in most cases, the chance to improve the function of their teeth. I have gotten to know some wonderfully unique people, from our great patients to our awesome staff. The team at Smiles Forever Orthodontics has more than 230 years of combined dental and orthodontic experience, and many of our staff members have been with this practice for more than ten years. After many years of cultivating a team-oriented environment, one principle has become clear: You are the most important member of our team!

Our doctors and staff enjoy getting to know each patient and the family, and love creating relationships that last multiple generations. Due to the overwhelming number of sponsorship and advertising requests we receive, first priority will be given to patients who are currently in orthodontic treatment.

My daughter and I have both got braces at smiles forever and both experiences have been wonderful. The staff is awesome and our teeth look beautiful. They care about there customers for sure. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a adult braces and for of course the kids as well!!! You will not be disappointed. I would most definitely recommend Smiles Forever to family and friends! I came back after 6 years to get braces on my bottom teeth (after wearing them for YEARS; totally my fault... Not consistently wearing my retainers). Some of the same faces when I got my braces on initially are still working there years later, which was refreshing to see. The friendliness and level of knowledge is still A1! I drive over an hour to get to my appointments and I pass by SEVERAL orthodontist offices on the way. Iām not even interested! I was running a little late as I had to drop one child to one location and another to a different location and then go pick them up. They quickly attended to me. X-rays completed within 5min of my arrival and our dentist in my room within 10 min of my arrival. Very pleasant to my son and made him feel comfortable. Definitely a A+ practice. To top it off the 1st assessment was free:)

I have nothing but a positive experience. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Both Dr. Gilbert and Dr. Wells are very professional and always provide the information needed to explain the progress of the orthodontic treatment. Before initiating my treatment at Smiles Forever, I had visited three other orthodontists that did not provide the level of comfort and trust found at Smiles Forever. I am almost done with my treatment and could not be happier with the results. :)

Still a fantastic experience even after 4 years of not having been here, as I needed to get new retainers since my old ones are worn off. The environment is just as efficient, friendly, and professional as before, and the place itself looks more or less the same to the old Duluth location, just more spacious. COVID precautions were done smoothly, as well!

My visit was a very pleasant experience. They take extra precaution to ensure patients feel safe to prevent the spread of COVID-19. The entire staff made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. Dr. Gilbert was extremely informative and provided me with great treatment options. Looking forward to my treatment from here.

Many techs are absolute gems! The doctors have a friendly disposition and the atmosphere is pleasant. The reason for the lack of five star is due to one bad experience with a tech who did not handle a sensitive moment well at all. If it were not for the amazing everything else, this review would be negative.

The staff at Smiles Forever is very friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to further address any questions or concerns! They go above and beyond to make sure you have not only the best smile possible, but at an expedited time. When searching for an orthodontist, many of my friend would tell me to expect to have braces for 4+ years because that is how long they or their kids had theirs. However, my sister and myself both had pretty bad overbites/overcrowding and saw MASSIVE results in no time. Therefore, at the end of two years, my teeth were looking awesome and Smiles Forever took great care
