Services
Chiropractic care involves a non-invasive treatment, normally an adjustment, to increase motion to an area of the body while decreasing pain. An adjustment is a quick non-painful pressure applied at the correct joint angle freeing the area from restriction allowing the body and nerve function to operate more efficiently.
Creekside Chiropractic in The Woodlands, Tomball, Spring, and Magnolia region has many different treatments and therapies to address different conditions. We are an alternative to pills and other medications that commonly come with side effects. At Creekside Chiropractic we address the pain and the cause of the pain.
Dr. Burleson will perform a comprehensive exam looking to pinpoint the cause of the pain, and also rule out any reason the patient should not be adjusted. Dr. Burleson will then use the results of the exam to put together a treatment plan involving our world class therapy systems that best fits your injury or goals.
It is absolutely fine if you are unable to give us your insurance information ahead of your appointment. If you are able to get us your information before your appointment, most of the time we will have your benefits information ready for you when you arrive. That is ok! We will work with you to find a treatment plan within the budget.
Being involved in a motor vehicle accident, or car wreck, can be scary. It can be especially scary when it's your first one and you do not know what type of pain or soreness to expect. First time ever going to a chiropractor and I had a great experience! They took their time to get to know what injuries I’ve had and explained in detail how they could help. For anyone who is reluctant or anxious about being adjusted, it was an easy comfortable experience. I was asked multiple times if I was nervous or had any questions about the adjustment. Great office staff as well! Everyone was friendly and kind and I can’t wait to go back.

Dr. Tate helped me understand what was causing my back/neck/arm pain and provided me with a treatment plan that pretty quickly alleviated the pain and got me back to my active lifestyle. I enjoy every visit and feel like a million bucks afterward. The facility is clean and I can't say enough good things about the entire staff. Mayuri is very professional and attentive to her patients. Veronica has been extremely helpful and super responsive to scheduling appointments that work for my busy schedule and answer my questions.
