I worked with Jamie Burton on a refinance. She was wonderful to work with, very responsive and saved me thousands in bank fees by getting my bank to refinance from the commercial to the residential division.
She also made the process so easy by doing all the paper work and forms for me. It was truly a trouble free process. The best mortgage broker I have dealt with.

Rude, Condescending, Agressive and Unprofessional:
I have never been treated so rudely and condescendingly by someone in the service industry.
Seth Rappaport was actively rude and aggressive over both phone and email. My business partner and I were looking to obtain a mortgage and pre-approval letter, and were gathering the paperwork to submit in a piecemeal way because there are two of us, lots of moving parts, and this is a new process for us.
