Moved into one of their apartments in October of 2021. I have been here for a total of four months, and within those four months the heat has been out a total of six times, once for over four days. I don't deal with roaches, or mice, but however the whole building is infested with them. This place was poorly put together, and things have been falling apart since day one. The last big snow storm we had it took them
over three days to even shovel the snow. I wouldn't allow my worst enemy to live here.

Very unprofessional wouldn’t see them as anymore than a scam wouldn’t bother, wouldn’t recommend. The man is polite but lied to me and a separate person inquiring to get the application fee. The woman “carol”? VERY rude and seemingly unwilling to do her job called multiple times to check on status and was told no voicemail existed by her then when calling and her not there got sent to the voicemail that didn’t exist. Then judging by the other reviews it seems this behavior is fairly common.

I’ve had a wasp problem inside my apartment since I moved in in March. I’ve sent emails, texts, and voicemails. I’ve been told it would get fixed. It hasn’t. It’s causing a major health risk for me and my 2yr son because we are both allergic. I’ve also told them that. Now every time I call they ignore my calls or treat me like I’m stupid. I’ve put them on speaker when I have been around other people so I have other people to hear how they treat me.

Mike Sudman is great to work with. As a tenant we had an incident happen. He came out and checked it out. Made sure we were all ok and was very nice about everything. First time meeting him since we moved in late last year during Covid. I had read reviews but all i gotta say is dont judge a book based on its reviews. He was polite, caring and very prompt.

I wish I would have looked at these reviews before signing a lease. Last year we went 4 days without Heat, at the end of DECEMBER! We’ve had a recurring leak in our kitchen, which is more of a downpour, that they’ve done little to nothing about. Then, in the middle of a pandemic, we went without hot water for 3 days, and the only reason we got it back is because another tenant finally took it upon themselves to fix it. A call from my attorney didn’t even phase them. Every time something goes wrong, we ask ourselves how many months will it be until they actually do anything about it. We are

I stayed at one of Top Shelf Property Management apartments for two days and I was greatly pleased with the quality of house, maintenance and honesty of the personnel. I have bought a new house and that's why I'm leaving this place. I'd highly recommend Top Shelf Property Management if you want to have a good stay experience.

0 stars. Never again will I use TopShelf for any living. House was cheaply remodeled when we moved in. I had to fix several things since the maintenance department was worthless. No wonder they go through so many maintenance people. Only helpful person the entire time was Brandon. We lived there for 2 years. Paid over $1,000 for our deposit and since we moved out at the end of May we're getting $65 back since we're getting charged 1000 for a repaint of the unit even though we used the paint they used that was left there. And we got charged for new blinds even though we replaced over half of them
