Services
Dance Star is a full service dance studio. We pride ourselves on being a family oriented facility. As a part of the "More Than Just Great Dancing" community, we believe in growing all aspects of a dancer in a safe and loving family environment. We provide our dancers an opportunity to give back to the community through performance and charitable causes.
Our performance teams began in 2013 and have been fortunate to perform at many events. We strive to perform at a local event each month. Some of our performances have included the Tennessee State Fair, Nashville Predators' games, assisted living homes and parades. We encourage the teams to not only entertain but to perform for community outreach.
I cannot speak highly enough of Cole and Klaine Freeman and their Dance Star Studio. My twin daughters have danced with Dance Star four out of their five years of dance. Ms. Cole is absolutely precious with the children. She treats each child as an individual and doesn't lump them altogether in a "one-size-fits-all" kind of class.
We are requiring all students take a ballet class along with their chosen classes in order to get a full background of the fundamentals of dance. Please speak with Ms. Cole or Ms. Klaine if for some reason this is a problem. Monthly newsletters - there will be monthly newsletters in the black file holder by the entrance to the studio.

I wanted to love this place being it was my little ones first dance class. My daughter got bullied by a girl in there. In front of the instructor, that did nothing about it. She was told to get away 3 times while trying to participate so she backed up aginst the wall and cried. I finally went in the room and got my child out of there. Horrible first experience, and im just not up for giving them a second chance after the instructor allowed that to happen in front of her.

Our grandsons go to a special class at Dance Star. They love it so much and so do we! Ms. Cole is so nice and caring and so are the young ladies who volunteer their time to help. Cameron and Brayden are excited to come to class each week and their Mom and I would like to thank you for all for everything you do!
