Fantastic service received today when buying a high backed booster for my determined preschooler! The ladies were extremely knowledgable and spoke to my daughter to get her opinion on colour, making sure we came away with the perfect car seat. Thankyou, wonderful service 😁

My daughter bought a pram/pushchair here. They were most helpful with a pre sales demo. Very friendly staff. They let me try out the combination to see if it would fit in the boot of my car. Some parking outside but lots nearby. Make sure you support a great local shop.

Baby and co are a local independent business, with covid affecting so many businesses we wanted to spend our money to support local, what a mistake!
The staff in the shop are helpful, but clearly know that the prices are inflated and actually told us to wait for an offer. They advised us on car seats and we felt like we were being looked after, however NONE of their staff are IOSH car safety accredited, you can find the same info on the car seat manufacturer's website. We were 'upsold' a car seat as the one that came with our package was apparently not good enough, assured that the car seat would

I booked an appointment to look at pushchairs, Abi was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They have a great range of pushchairs on display so it was great to be able to try them all. I ordered one to be delivered to home, it arrived 24 hours later. This kind of service is so valuable as I nearly spent a lot of money on the wrong pushchair as I thought the only option was to but on line. Abi also gave me great advice on car seats, again it was great to see and compare. Worth a visit

Used Baby&Co for my initial new baby purchases and were fab then as my son has outgrown his car seat messaged Baby&Co and they got back to me straight away. They were so helpful and delivery quicker than expected. Would recommend for anyone needing baby items. Thank-you for you all the help, the seat is perfect!

I cannot recommend using baby and co more. When it came to buying a travel system I was getting quite stressed about what I needed and how it all worked. The staff were so kind and welcoming, they were happy to show me their products and let me experience how they worked, I received full demonstrations and there was a wide range of prices to choose from dependant on your spec and needs. After purchasing my travel system the follow up support via emails and phone calls has been next to none and despite COVID restrictions they have continued to provide an amazing service ensuring that purchased items

Brilliant company and what a goldmine of a shop! Such a personal and friendly service - they had a huge range to look at and really really knowledgeable and welcoming staff. We felt reassured and looked after and pretty much wanted to buy on the spot - but managed not to impulse buy;-) We did however use all of the amazing info they gave us to make a considered choice a bit later and have since placed an order. I would definitely recommend and will go back for future (if there are any) orders! :-)

If you're expecting a baby and are looking for your first pushchair, this is definitely the place to go! I live in Devon and am so glad I drove over an hour to visit the store. They have such a fantastic range of prams and car seats. Everyone in the store is incredibly knowledgeable of each product they stock, and are more than happy to give demonstrations, answer questions and allow you to sample folding/unfolding prams etc. I am so happy with my pram and car seat. Considering all the delays caused by the virus, the team were easy to contact and provide updates on my order. I wouldn't hesitate

Fantastic shop - Hayley spent lots of time going through different pushchair/travel systems to help us find what we wanted but we felt under no pressure whatsoever which was great. They stored our pushchair for us until close to baby's arrival and then were very communicative and helpful during the lockdown - couriering it to us on an agreed date. Lots of the families from my ante natal class bought from here and raved about the service. Thank you baby&co!
