I have trained with Xavier (Xzavier James, Octagon MMA in Dallas) for 2 months, 4 times a week.
SCHEDULE ISSUES: He continually changed my schedule so he could get more clients and maximize how much money he makes. When something went wrong with the schedule because of another client, he would tell me that the client is lying. And although his demeanor is nice, the lies became annoying. He lied a lot about changing the schedule (i did manage to catch him). Given that figuring out why my trainer is lying was not part of my workout goals:) - I fired him.
BAD MOUTHING HIS CLIENTS: He talked

Xavier is extremely friendly and encouraging. He makes sure that you understand everything you are doing and is always promt and eager to answer any questions you may have. Since starting with him, he has been extremely helpful and is invested in a way that shows he truly cares about your fitness journey, whatever it may be. Cannot recommend him enough.
