I started training with Kat because I wanted to get in better shape and she really helped me do that and more. I learned how to exercise (and do it properly so I don’t injure myself) as well as what nutrition goals are realistic for me. She does a great job and also makes the workouts fun so they are over before you know it. I felt so much better after having her help me achieve my goals. Thanks Kat!

Kat is such a talented trainer! Her approach is holistic and she helps clients with fitness, diet and managing stress that can hinder weight loss. Kat really helped me learn about my health and fitness. She truly cared about my goals, and wanted me to achieve them just as bad as I did. I learned so much from her!
