I started with Jays bootcamp in January 2010. 46 years old and 45 pounds over my fattest weight ever! If I had any clue what I was in for, I probably wouldn't have joined. I've worked out most of my life, but had no Concept of what working out meant until I met Jay And his trainers. I was certain I might die each time, I didn't, nor did I puke or pass out. Which I was sure would happen. I gave it everything I had, everytime. Like Jay says, " give me what ya got."

In 12 weeks I knocked off 25 pounds, had muscles I've never seen , muscles even thought I've

I have seen great reviews about this camp and from the website this guy really knows his stuff! But it's a shame since i so want to do this bootcamp and have been trying to get a hold of someone from the past 4 days now because I had some questions. I have tried emailing them, calling them and even texted the listed phone number to Lin but nothing. I understand that they could be busy but it is bad customer service when you have someone that is willing to drop over 200.00 for your camp and cant even return a phone call. Sucks because I was looking forward to joining...ill just go to crossfit214

My friend and I saw a Groupon deal for Jay's Boot camp and decided this would be a good way to kick start our new year. We were both feeling a little bloated from the holidays and knew pool season was only a few months away! Neither of us had attended a boot camp before, so we were unsure what to expect.

We attended the January session at the AAC location at 5:30 AM. Our fitness was definitely put to the test!! Both of us are regulars at the gym, and consider ourselves to be "in shape" and we were thankful, because we both said that if we were regular couch potatoes, this

Ryan...as a source of encoragement, I am a 52-year old female who is going on year 3 with Jay's! This summer is the first time I have taken a month off (for scheduling reasons), and I totally miss it! I will definitely be signing back up in August...not only for the great work-out, but also to reconnect with an awesome group of friends I have made since going! We have a small group with mixed ages which everyone enjoys...Be careful though, once you get it the groove, you won't want to stop!

Jay Johnson's Boot Camp kicks my butt and I love it. To start things off I really haven't worked out in 6 or 7 years. Metabolism is starting to catch up with me, my clothes aren't fitting quite right, so I decided to sign up and go for it.

Two weeks, 8 sessions and a diet change in I feel great. I am constantly sore, I think I have a wicked case of shin splints, my bank account is a little smaller, but mentally and phsically I feel a ton better. Plus, this weekend I went clothes shopping for spring and my normal size feels baggy. I don't want to speak too soon but I think
