Maybe it's because you've tried so many different diets in your lifetime that you're done with the struggle. Working with Lisa is a game changer.
I have learned that food and mind games are not a bargaining chip and that true power is allowing your body and mind to work in harmonious collaboration to have a healthy relationship with food. Since working with Lisa for over a year and a half, I have achieved my weight loss goal of 20 pounds that I set for myself and am at my healthiest weight ever. I also now have the tools I need to recognize the negative thoughts and have ways to cope rather than turning to self-destructive behaviors like overeating, where in the past, I wouldn’t have had that level of self-accountability. But, the most important benefit I’ve received from working with Lisa is feeling confident in my own skin again. Over the years I have engaged several nutritionists. Except for Lisa, they all seem to follow the same program; i.e. a recommend diet. Lisa’s program is not a “diet”. There are no strict rules to follow. She guides you in actually changing your lifestyle and the way you mentally deal with food and nutrition. She is quick to respond to emails as well as provide comments on your food diaries. However the most effective element of our program is the one-on-one discussions which are extremely helpful.
