I worked with Justin Wecks at Hacienda Realty, and I really cannot say enough good things about him. He was patient, responsive, and intelligent--it didn't take him long to figure out what I wanted better than I did myself. No matter how many houses I made him take me to, he remained patient and calmly told me not to worry or panic, that the perfect house would come along. He seemed so sure, and it did! Blake and her crew (especially Jean Marie) were just great. Very knowledgeable about the area, with some great properties to suggest to fit our fairly rigid buying criteria. We haven't found quite the right one yet and have started looking in other areas, but we'll absolutely stick with Hacienda Realty the next time we're looking for anything in Silver City or anywhere in Grant county NM

I worked with Nikki O'Connell on the selling of my house in Silver City New Mexico. Amazing experience working with her. She went well out of her way to do have the house sale quickly and for a great price. I will defiantly work with her again if I am ever in the market in Silver again. As I was out of town when trying to sale the house, I could not get the required work done on the house that was needed for the sale. Nikki did all of it. The hunting for a contractor, insuring the work was completed, and anything else that was needed. AMAZING PERSON TO WORK WITH!

Cyril was very patient with us. He took us to the house many times, we brought different contractors to get an estimate on the work needed done before we put in our offer. He was honest and very aware of how important the decision to find a new home is. Cyril walked us through our house and gave advise on what needed to be done to make our house more marketable. I am very thankful for Cyril’s guidance and care during this process.
