We were very excited to work with Enchantment because we were recommended by a friend that I met at WNMU. She said they were very friendly, quick, and super helpful with their move to attend/help out at WNMU. Unfortunately for us, this is was not the case. When Merry was calling our references, she was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL as she did not state who who was calling or what for; she simply asked “Do you know so and so?” She also would CUT OFF our references on the phone as they were speaking. She said seemed very COLD and NOT personable speaking to our references. We found out we were denied once

Karen, or Linda, was very unprofessional in showing me a duplex I was interested in, I felt rushed and not taken seriously, It was suggested to me that I pay a year full in advance due to my inconsistent income, she wasn’t helpful or consistent in keeping me updated on the place and was told to not bother to waste $25 on an application fee, when I called to check-in I spoke with another realtor who was also just as rude and didn’t take the time to help me, it was a disappointing experience and won’t be interested in doing business with Enchantment Realty
