Excellent experience working with Dan and Madelyn! We were house hunting for over two years before finding the right one, and Dan was extremely patient and went to countless showings with us, letting us know when new houses went on the market. When we finally did decide to purchase, the sellers sprung some last minute demands on closing day, and Madelyn and Dan handled the situation with professionalism and grace to make sure everything worked out and that we were taken care of. Highly recommend!!

We rented a house from Smith, then moved to another house also under Smith.
Now, let me say some ok things about Smith, then some very NOT ok about them, so you can decide. For me though, I won’t touch them with a 10-foot pole, but you can be the judge.
Good things: they have a free bug-spray once a year. I don’t know if this is a unique thing about Smith, I don’t even know if they do that to all the rentals, but for the two houses they did provide it. Also, every maintenance they hired to fix things was nice and courteous. Finally, it seems they do have some cheaper rentals. Guess there’s

This is the Last place you want to visit if your selling, buying or renting. Having made the Huge mistake of letting them manage my house has been the miserable experience I’ve had in real estate. They Lie, refuse to answer emails and not return calls. On a routine yard, weed pulling Smith’s hired landscapers tore out precious cactus, bent the fence and then charged us for damage to property. They do not make checks on property’s they are paid to take care of. Stay away from this group of ignorant employees. J
