Wendy is a great representative for your home selling experience. She is very quick to show market trends and compatible market value sales. She will keep things transparent and truthful. When she knows something you know. We started off with a short conversation about selling our house and a month later it was on the market was viewed a multitude of times and was under contract and closing shortly thereafter. She continually gave active and honest feedback with regard to buyers requests and what needed to be fixed and addressed. She is a great realtor and after a short conversation i am certain

From the moment I met Wendy I knew she would be the realtor for me. She is friendly but professional at all times. She goes out of her way to make sure you are happy and satisfied. No matter how many houses we looked at, she never got frustrated or upset that “it just wasn’t ‘the one’”. Sometimes I felt frustrated and was ready to settle for a home but she always helped me remember that my home is out there and that I shouldn’t settle for just any home that I will not be happy with. I was considering some investment properties and had conducted a lot of my own market research. When I thought that I was ready to act on my intuition I contacted the owners at The Residential Group. They completely changed my line of thinking despite it being in contradiction to their best interests. Amateurs shouldn't attempt to conduct complex real estate transactions alone. And when you seek the advice and assistance of a professional its very reassuring to get advice that is clearly unbiased.

When it comes to real estate, The Residential Group (TRG) is hands down the best in town. The new owners have years of real estate experience, plus have lived in the area for most of their professional lives, so they are able to show you around town and make great recommendations. Sure, there are big name companies in the area that can find you a house or sell your house. But TRG takes it one step further by developing a relationship with their clients. Back in 2020 my husband and I decided to buy our first home in Fayetteville and we had the pleasure of working with Wendy Wiegand at The Residential Group. She was an absolute joy to work with. She was always quick to answer any questions we had and we had a lot of them. She was very knowledgeable and did not mind helping us understand the process at every step. Miss Wendy is One of the best realtor I’ve ever had. She is very helpful and very knowledgeable. She made my home buying so much easy. She is very responsive also.
