We view therapy as a collaborative process and believe that you are the expert on your life, and we are the experts in facilitating change. We work together towards your goals. Together we will work on identifying and putting into practice the skills you need.
These skills can be increasing awareness and insight, challenging perceptions and assumptions, learning to address and resolve conflict effectively, and making new decisions for behavioral change.Change can feel painful, so we'll support you at the pace that feels best. Finally we'll create a plan to identify the early warning signs that problems could be returning and give you solutions to prevent them from ever happening.

Dr. Lloyd is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist currently practicing at CORE Mental Health Services, a clinic which she started. CORE Mental Health Services centers around Medical Family Therapy, Trauma and Attachment Informed Therapies to help individuals, couples, and families address communication patterns that leave them feeling stuck and disconnected.
