Imagine trying to get a refill prescription, calling your pharmacy MULTIPLE times asking if it's been refilled yet, ATTEMPTING to call the office to inquire if they've sent over your prescription, and when you call the pharmacy again AFTER they've already told you MULTIPLE ATINES NO and you try to call the office AGAIN...the receptionist/front desk lady accuses you of being suspicious because you haven't gotten them. Wow after paying them $150 out of pocket for ADHD test (insurance won't cover) manager had the nerve to say they no longer accept our insurance for the follow up after the test done. Shady practice. Not once they overcharge us of our copay and always promise to apply it to the next appointment but nothing! Watch out! TO THE MANAGER " KARMA IS COMING !!!" I don't think I'm the only reviewer that talks about OVERCHARGING FEES.
To the clinic's owner I hope you may want to investigate this. Trust no one especially if it involves MONEY!!!

I just finished a 35-visit TMS program, and I am over the moon at the effects! If I get nothing else out of it, the fact that I am regularly sleeping - every night - for several hours in a row - is life-changing. I've been an insomniac for decades.
The waiting room is incredibly comfortable, check-in is easy and efficient, and all the techs are personable, professional, and understanding.
They take all the precautions without being jerks about it. The rooms are clean and comfortable. They are also flexible for those, like me, who have hectic schedules.

Dr. Rosa Bellota is nice and I believe a good doctor but the office is absolutely awful to deal with and has been for years. I have had to file an HIPAA complaint because I am unable to get them to send me or my new doctor a copy of my records. They claim they only keep them for 5 years but the treatment I'm specifically asking for was performed less than 4 years ago.

Staff turnover is frequent, Dina Faucher was the worst "practitioner" I've ever spoke to. Office staff is always disorganized and each have different answers for questions. Dina Faucher based her opinion of me on the medication I'm taking and even tried altering it after being on it for over 5+ years.
On a positive note, the 1 star is for Jeffery Brown, he is great. He never rushes me, he listens and gives me great feedback and makes me feel like he really cares about me, the patient.

This office has gone downhill over the last few years. The office is very unorganized and everyone is on a different page. New billing managers every 6 months. So I'm constantly having to call my insurance to double check what the billing department at mind brain is saying is accurate. And usually it is not.

Got to know about Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) the first time when I checked MindBrain’s website. I call to make a appointment with my son for the TMS and when I get there they say that they don't have my on the schedule and they don't treat kids under 18 .....
I wasn't told on the phone anything like that and they
make me take a day off from work and go there for nothing!!!!

I needed a new doctor, but I'm currently very busy in a coding bootcamp, so my husband decided to schedule for me. Admittedly, I didn't talk to them on the phone or see any of their paperwork. Two things I remember distinctly, though:
1.) My husband coming into my home office telling me he got an appointment within two days but that the woman on the phone seemed really rushed. (First alarm.)
2.) We've been married for 20 years and knows my mental-health issues well, but he kept coming to ask deeply personal questions that I couldn't, for the life of me, understand why

Because of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), I have seen my life and dreams slipping away gradually from me. The intense feelings of guilt, loss of hope, and behavioral issues started affecting my day-to-day tasks. I went from suicidal to overwhelm to an enthusiastic and happier person, all happens through painless and effective TMS treatment. I certainly don’t regret my decision of pursuing TMS to live free from OCD and would highly recommend this to others.

Horrible experience. I contacted them for a consultation and was asked a series of rather sensitive questions (not surprising) and was told to come in the next morning for my consultation. After driving all the way there I was told they had no record of my call and that they do not do in person consults during COVID. They said "their answering service does this all the time" Ok... so they said they would book me for a web consult the following week and I was to fill in a questionnaire form in the meantime. She took my ID and insurance information and sent me on my way.

Helped my depression extremely well. Takes very little time to do the treatment. Painless Marissa is extremely good and I am very comfortable when with her. Would recommend to anyone with depression to try. My Medicare pays for it but not the newer medication that are used to treat depression. Newer meds cost more than 1000 dollars for 30. I cannot afford them
