I utilized Chris Barnhardt Construction recently for a home owners insurance claim requiring drywall repair and replacement and painting. Chris was very easy to work with and very prompt to set up appointment for the work as well as responding to any questions I had within the hour. When the job was completed, Chris checked in with me the same day. I made a small request for a touchup on the paint and he was able to set up a second appointment quickly as well. I would highly recommend Chris Barnhardt Construction.

Chris Barnhardt, Barnhardt Construction, gave me a price below other estimates, came with his crew to do the job the date he said they would be here, completed the job when he promised up to quality standards, and didn't try to add on any more charges. I was pleased with their professionalism, courtesy, and timeliness. I would recommend Barnhardt Construction with complete confidence to anyone. Chris is a man of his word.

They say there aren’t any decent contractors left. They were wrong. Chris is a solid guy who knows his stuff and so do his people. I needed a repair to one of my gable roof trusses and the adjacent sheathing which had a bad rotted away hole to the outside. Chris over quoted me at first but then later got a better look at the situation and realized it was not so bad as initially thought and then adjusted the price by half! I know this guy through an engineer i like, trust and even work with; and if my engineer likes this guy then you know he’s good. Can’t say anything but nice things about

Chris and his crew did an outstanding job adding a wall to the open side of our lanai. We needed privacy, plus we wanted to alleviate noise from competing air conditioners. This wall looks like it was there from the beginning! And Chris is great to work with! Very communicative and accommodating! 👍🏻 Now we need to screen it in!

I am property manager at a shopping center in Wesley Chapel. Chris Barnhardt performed a build-out of a dentist office in the Shoppes. Chris did a great job on the dentist office.
