It's never been more important to have solid technology, and Computer Pros has never let me down. They stand behind their products and service. Turn around time is excellent, as is the knowledge of the staff. Pricing is very reasonable. Best of all, they are sensitive to customer's needs.

They recycle my old computer tech for free and will bought back some of the computers too. They were quick and honest about what they were doing with the computers, and when there was a miscommunication as to what service was being asked of them, they were able to refund.
Definitely recommend utilizing all of their services.

I felt mislead.
I was upgrading the hard drive on my laptop and decided to up the RAM as well. I ventured out to ComputerPros to pick up parts. I expected an upcharge, but it's a local business.
I traded in my two older 4gb RAM sticks for 2 8gb RAM sticks.
Upon installing the sticks, one was defective.
I noticed it was not only different from the other stick, but it was a bit marred up and had an Replace with HP Spare label.
Now, I'm not unaware when it comes to computers, and that alone screams it came from the parts bin.
I came in to exchange and was told that they'll be getting in an order

Miranda is a good receptionist, and Joe is a great tech. I wouldn't take my computers anywhere else. They answered all my questions and we're very honest with me.

They always take great care of us. This time I brought in a dead PC, they quickly determined it was a bad power supply and replaced it. Maybe 15 minutes from start to finish. As good as it gets!

I brought my PC in to see if it could be fixed and decided to buy a refurbished newer PC instead. It was thought my hard drive went out and since it was pretty old and the cost would be about what one of the refurbished ones cost just made more sense to trade for something better.

Worst experience I probably had with any business. Most unprofessional employees. They kept lying on the status of my computer. They said that they understood Macs and yet after two months they didn’t even know what was wrong. I spent two hundred dollars (120-30 of parts and the rest labor) and they didn’t even refund me for a poor job done. Every week they told me we will call you and never once in two months got a call back. Go spend your money somewhere else.

My home networking equipment was not working and PJ came out quickly to get me back up and running. Highly recommend these guys!

Our parts are guaranteed with warranty. The 1 star reviews are mostly because they don't want to pay for labor. They only want to pay for a part and the rest is free... That's like going to a mechanic, buying a engine and them putting it in for free.. 👍Best computer store around! Stop in!
